And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt
among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the
Father,) full of grace and truth. John
1:14
Word
study:
Full - G4130; replete, or covered over; …
Grace - G5463; graciousness
(as gratifying), of manner or act (abstract or concrete; literal,
figurative or spiritual; especially the divine influence upon the heart, and
its reflection in the life; including gratitude): …
Truth - G227; truth:
- true, X truly, truth, verity.
God did
not have to send His Son, but He did. Praise His wonderful name. Imagine the “word”
being made flesh and living among the people. Jesus is full of grace and truth.
In other words, Jesus is totally covered with graciousness and truth. There is
no one like Jesus. He is the only sinless Son of God who died for our sins.
John 1:17
tells us that the law was given by Moses but grace and truth came by Jesus.
Praise God for His grace and
truth!
Have a blessed day,Donna
