Come boldly

Hebrews 4:15-16
15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

I love to walk early in the morning. The sun is just coming up and the streets are still silent. The squirrels and bunnies are scurrying all around. It is a great time to spend with the Lord. As I walk through the calm neighborhoods I reflect on the magnitude of God. How can anyone deny a God in heaven Who created all this beauty. God is with us no matter where we walk. Sometimes I leave the house feeling a little blue, usually for no particular reason, but as I walk and pray my spirit is lifted.

As I reflect on the greatness of God, I think about coming boldly to Him and talking to Him about my cares and problems. He is a touchable God! We can go to Him with all our troubles and concerns. He knows, He cares, and He understands what we are going through at that moment.

Come boldly to the throne, He is waiting. What a wonderful promise. No matter how big or how small the situation appears, the great God of the universe is waiting. All we need to do is go and find all the grace we need.

Have a blessed day,
Donna
